ZM Sheet Metal planning new facility in Frederick County with room for 300 employees

ZM Sheet Metal Inc., a company that manufactures heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) steel components, plans to expand in Frederick County after purchasing 23 acres of undeveloped industrial land on McGhee Road in Stonewall Industrial Park.
