Project Goal
Through the Shenandoah Community Capital Fund (SCCF), the Capacitor Incubator Program will expand
on the previous Startup Shenandoah Valley Program to support Region 8’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
This new initiative will provide targeted assistance to companies that are developing and launching new
products, particularly those within their first year of launch. GO Virginia funds will be used for coaching
and fractional services to 24 entrepreneurs, personnel to coordinate and deliver customized incubation
content, and furnishings and supplies at physical locations across the region.
