Project Goal

The Shenandoah Valley Regional Airport Commission is utilizing GO Virginia funds to construct water line and gravity sanitary sewer line. The project will relocate existing utilities from the middle of the site to its perimeter, creating opportunities for future hangar construction and buildout of the Aviation Technology Park.  A contractor has been procured and construction will begin in September 2023.

 

  • 1,290 linear ft. of water line
  • 980 linear ft. of gravity sanitary sewer line
  • Advance 58 acres from Tier 2 to Tier 4 site
